The restaurant was originally built in 1932 near the ruins of a medieval hunting chateau once owned by one of Zurich's mayors. Since then, it has continually been expanded.
Since 1992, it is privately owned and operated by Peter Aegerter und Ruedi Frei.
Here, you will find a menu rich in selections made of the finest, freshest ingredients, carefully prepared – and we take great pride in the delectable selection of wines in our cellar.
